With over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health, substance misuse, and eating disorders, I bring a compassionate and client-centered approach to care. I hold a B.Sc. in Nursing, a B.Sc. in Health Promotion, a Postgraduate Diploma in Dual Diagnosis and Non-Medical Prescriber.

My expertise spans both clinical and community settings, supporting individuals with complex needs through integrated, evidence-based practices. I am passionate about promoting recovery, reducing stigma, and empowering individuals to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health. I Specialise in helping adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.My approach is warm,collaborative,and rooted in evidence based practices like CBT,EMDR and mindfulness

I am a Law graduate (LLB/LLM) with over 9 years of experience in mental health support services. Throughout my career, I have worked with several leading drug and alcohol support charities and organisations, providing frontline care and guidance to individuals facing complex challenges.

My roles have included Senior Support Worker and Administrative positions, combining direct client support with strong organisational and coordination skills. I bring a person-centred, rights-based approach to support, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and given the tools to move toward recovery and stability.
